Dear Members,

We have published the survey results again this month along with the original questions. I apologize that the questions were inadvertently left out of our last newsletter.

The County has informed us that reimbursement approval of our hurricane reimbursement costs is on the agenda for their October meeting. If approved we should have the money in November.

We have five residents that have volunteered to server on our common grounds committee. They will be meeting to develop suggestions for maintenance and improvements to our common areas. One of the issues they will be addressing is how the board should proceed with the park/preserve cleanup. We are still in need of residents for our other committees. We need a chairperson and members for our security committee. Bill Shira is acting as security chair until a full-time chair can be found. We are also looking for volunteers to take over the golf tournament. Due to other commitments our former volunteers are not able to continue to participate. In past years the golf tournament provided a great outing for our residents, as well as additional funds for our community. Thank you to all that have served in the past. All interested residents should contact Pointe management

As the year begins to wind down and with our major projects completed we are beginning to plan for next year. We will start work on our 2006 budget during a separate meeting dedicated to the budget. The date and time has not been set, however all residents will be notified and encouraged to attend. We are also working with our attorney to ensure that our convents are renewed.. This process should be completed before the end of the year.
Sincerely,

Frank Yann
