Dear Pheasant Walk Homeowner:
The strong participation in this year’s election of the Board of Directors of Pheasant Walk Homeowners Association was impressive. This large turnout shows that our homeowners are truly interested in the welfare of the association.
Your elected Board of Directors thanks you for your confidence and votes. We are committed to fulfilling our responsibility to serve the best interests of our community.
In order to reach our goals to assure our community’s safety and maintain good property values, the Board encourages your participation in a committee of your choosing.
The committees of our community serve as the foundation for the accomplishment of many projects required to accomplish these goals. Homeowner’s ideas and suggestions are welcome. Much energy and time is needed to put our ideas into action.
The Board has met a number of times since the election, and focusing its efforts on restoring the neighborhood to “pre-hurricane” condition. Landscape maintenance is an important priority and you will see corrective actions being taken soon in the common areas along Pheasant Way.
A new dialogue has been initiated with the Wackenhut Security team, and the Security Committee is busy identifying ways that the security officers can better serve the homeowners’ safety and security.
Your participation in Committees and attendance at Board meetings will help the Pheasant Walk community reach its potential. We live in one of the greatest neighborhoods in south Palm Beach County.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Brent Hoover
