At our May meeting the board appointed Richard Leight to fill the vacancy on the board. We want to welcome Rich to the board and look forward to working with him.

If all things go as planned by the time you have this newsletter you should see changes to our community. The Pheasant Way landscape project is scheduled to begin Monday May 16 and take about a week to complete. The painting contractor is ready to begin work. If the weather cooperates painting should be completed by the end of May. The board would like to thank Diane Soffer for organizing a group of homeowners to recommend the colors for our wall.

The golf committee reported the annual tournament will be in the fall this year. The tournament has been a big success in past years. This is a great opportunity to get out, meet your neighbors, and have a good time. The tournament also provides funds to the community. In the past these funds have been used to redo our front entrance and make improvements in our Park.

With July not far away that means it is time for the annual cable bill.  You should receive your bill the first part of June. With your bill will also be a survey. Please take the time to fill it out and return it with your cable payment. We as a board rely on your input to decide how to spend the community's funds. We will use your feedback to prioritize our projects and setup our budget for the following year.
