Dear Members,

The landscape work along Pheasant Way has been completed. The painting has been delayed by weather, we hope to see painted walls by the end of the month. The board accepted the bid from Palm Beach Broward Landscaping for the trimming of all the trees along Pheasant Way. This project should be completed before the peak of hurricane season.

With the large contracts for the year completed or pending and the bulk of our discretionary funds spent the board addressed some of the smaller projects at our June meeting.  We will repaint the sign posts that are peeling and  place signs at the east end of the park. The Board also moved to have our newest member Richard Leight fill the position of secretary.

You should receive your cable bill in June. With your bill you will find a survey.  Please take a moment to fill out the survey and return it with your payment to Pointe Management. We will use your feedback to plan our budget and projects for next year.
