Dear Members,

We have a number of Community events coming up in the next few weeks.  The Annual Picnic in the park will be held March 6th.  Our Annual Meeting will be April 4th at Calusa Elementary

School. The Annual Golf tournament has not set a final date but should be in late spring. You can find more details on these events in our newsletter and on our website pheasantwalkhoa.com.

At our February meeting Palm Beach-Broward Landscaping presented a proposal for replacement landscaping along Pheasant Way. This proposal is being reviewed and will be discussed at our March meeting. We are also seeking bids for the painting and clean up of the Military Trail wall.  Our funds for the year will allow us to complete these two large projects while maintaining an adequate surplus in case a hurricane comes our way again.  The Board also voted to have the playground mulch replenished in time for the picnic. This is a normal budget item that does not affect other projects.

The Board has received a bulk cable proposal from Adelphia. We will be meeting with Adelphia again as well as other vendors to find the best pricing for our community. More information on the proposals will available at our next Board meeting.

We are still awaiting final word from the County on hurricane clean up reimbursement. We are also working with the County Code Enforcement agency to assist in homeowner violation enforcement. We hope to have an agency representative attend our March meeting.

Our next meeting is Wednesday March 9th at the firehouse. We welcome all members to attend and have their opinions heard.
