No security committee was organized due to scheduling conflicts. Two incidents were reported this month to Wackenhut. First, a metal terra cotta colored sunburst sculpture was taken from the front of the residence on Crooked Oak Ave. P.B.S.O. was not notified of the theft. Finally, Unknown person(s) set the bark chips on fire in the park near the slide, west side of the park. Lt. Mano, Wackenhut, used his vehicles fire extinguisher to put the fire out. Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, station 52 responded and completely extinguished the fire.
The Sheriff’s office has been conducting speed enforcement within our community. The following is April 2005 statistics; 12 traffic citations have been issued, and 11 traffic warnings. Some residents still have not gotten the word to slow down to 30m.p.h.and stop at the stop signs.
