Minutes of CGC Meeting
7/20/2006 7PM

Attending: Jack Soffer, Dick Pope, Rich Light & Donna Ramsay

The 3rd Thursday of the month will be a regular scheduled meeting time for the CGC. Jack will get with Rich to have permanent sign made & Rich recommended getting the info to Gary to put on Channel 63.

CGC need to put together recommendations for the 2007 budget.

Need to identify top priority items to begin restoration of common areas to the Pheasant Walk recorded plan. Possible candidates:

* Plant trees on median Hollibrook to Raintree

* Add irrigation to South Military Wall, replace trees in set backs

* Replace missing Casias trees in finger wall area

Need to itemize maintenance items not include in current landscape contract with Broward. Mike Comier has a copy & may be able to identify there. Donna
to email him for suggestions. One thought was shaping young oak trees.

The items need to be finalized & assigned budgetary costs - target is to turn into Ken at August board meeting.

Need to set a time for a mmeting between 7/29 & 8/8 to prepare final budget recommendations. Needs to be a Mike Comier's convenience as he is critical to the process.
