PHEASANT WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 8, 2004Meeting commenced at 7:32 p.m. Present for meeting were Frank Yann, Ken Paulsen, Tanya Gibson and Bill Schira. Paul Duros was absent. Eric Estebanez was present on behalf of Pointe Management Group, Inc.
Discussion ensued regarding whether or not to charge the residents a special assessment to recover the costs of hurricane cleanup.
After much discussion and participation from the residents present, Ken Paulsen moved to assess a one-time charge of $35.00 per home and have it payable by January 31, 2005. Tanya Gibson seconded the motion and it carried with one dissention by Frank Yann.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
