HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 5, 2004
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. A count of all proxies
received and owners present showed an insufficient number of owners
present or by proxy to constitute a quorum of the membership.Due to a lack of quorum the current Board of Directors will continue for
another year. The names and titles are as follows:President - William Schira
Vice President - Frank Yann
Secretary - Tanya Gibson
**Treasurer - Kenneth Paulsen**Note: Bea Spindler was the treasurer for the Association until March
2004, when her home was sold and she relocated out of the community.
Kenneth Paulsen was appointed to fill the position and will also continue on
to serve on the Board as the new treasurer until the next election in 2005.There being no quorum established the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
