PHEASANT WALK MANAGER'S REPORT
SEPTEMBER 2003As you are aware, the Dec action was filed and a hearing date has been set for October 17, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. to hear the summary judgement. I am planning to attend and welcome any Board Members and homeowners to attend if they wish.
A proposal and diagram for the front landscaping project was submitted to the Board at the last meeting. The Board needs to decide if the plan is acceptable so that we may begin to obtain proposals for the specifications provided in the diagram.
The graffitti along Pheasant Way has been removed.
We purchased and delivered 10 additional stop signs for the completion of the sign project.
A 2004 budget worksheet has been included in your packets and additional copies were given to Bea Spindler for the Budget committee.
A copy of the proposed agreement between the Association and Mr. Kaufman regarding the irrigation issue at the rear entrance of the park is included in your packet for Board approval.
There has been several communications in the past month regarding the Park committee and the votes they have taken. This issue needs to be addressed by the Board not only for the Park committee but also all the committees of the Association.
