PHEASANT WALK H.O.A.
MANAGER'S
REPORT
OCTOBER 2003
The Board needs to advise us if the front landscaping design is acceptable. After approval, we will bid out the work.
The Summary Judgement motion regarding the Dec Action will be heard on October 17th by Judge Wroble at the West Palm Beach Courthouse at 205 N. Dixie in room 9.1215.
All the graffiti found was removed off the property.
The Board needs to advise us if the agreement with Mr. Kaufman is acceptable. It needs to be executed for it to become effective.
We have received two complaints from owners that police is being excessive in their tactics with youths in the community. Foul language by the officers was also noted. I have advised the residents in question that the Association has no control over the Sheriff's office and if they feel that they were wronged, they should file a complaint.
Carriage Trade Properties is requesting full reimbursement of their ad. The ad has run for two issues. A copy of their request is in your packet.
I have received a written resignation from Rick Harrison. The Board will need to think who they wish to appoint in his place. Please also remember that the position is not mandatory to be filled.
Palm Beach Broward Landscaping has submitted a proposal to maintain the landscaping and irrigation for the community. They are the company that provided the design for the front entrance and has performed tree trimming for the community in the past. They have also provided me with a coupon for the association to save monies if the project and maintenance are approved. This will be discussed further in the meeting.
The Golf Mailing was sent out and we have had several responses. Pointe Management will continue to sponsor two holes as we did last year.
