Channel 63 is up and running and has been updated. The problem has been resolved at the site.

The newsletter committee has begun publishing the newsletter. There was a difficulty in Lyon
Press reading the initial disk but I believe that has been resolved. The newsletter was already
mailed out.

West Boca Irrigation has fixed several breaks in the system and has also replaced a timer that
malfunctioned. The system is operational now.

Top Notch completed removing the sick and dead wax myrtle trees on the property.

Creative Ceilings has given us a proposal to paint the FPL poles on the property. The Board has
not yet decided on this project.

A violation run was conducted for the property in May. A copy is in your packet for review.
There are 6 outstanding owners that have not replaced their mailbox. This has been set up on an
enforcement list. The Board needs to decide whether to continue sending violation notices or
send the file to the attorney for action.

Bocaire Country Club wishes to perform work adjacent to Pheasant Walk. A copy of their fax is
included in your packet.

The deadline for appeals on the Dec Action suit has expired. At this point, the Attorneys will
need to file an instrument to remove the amendments passed by the prior Board. A committee
should be set up to propose new amendments that the Board has considered.
