PHEASANT WALK H.O.A.
MANAGERS REPORT
MARCH 2004

Jerry Collins from the Palm Beach County Signs Department states they have removed most if
not all of the old street signs. If any have been missed, he states to fax him over a list of their
location and he will send a crew back in there to remove any last ones still standing.

Calusa Elementary has sent over the lease agreement. It is in this week’s check run along with
the check for $80.00 to be signed and dropped off at the school in order to finalize the lease
agreement.

Top-Notch has completed the front entrance project. They will be scheduling in the removal of
the 25 or so wax myrtles along Pheasant Way as agreed at the last meeting for $750.00. They
will also be supplying a proposal for the 1/3 cut back requested at the last meeting.

We are still pending proposals for the painting/staining of the FPL poles. We are having
difficulty finding vendors who will supply a guarantee for this type of work.

We have contacted 3 companies for a bid to curb the Birchwood Drive / Woods End Road area.
Pending bids from Streetscape, J.A.M. construction and Mud Concrete Service, Inc. Mud
Concrete Services has given a verbal of $15.00 per linear foot. Jam Construction has also given
a $15.00 per linear foot price.

Contact has been made with Dave Leonard of Adelphia cable. He recently checked out the sub-
station where the media we send is processed. Everything is online and functioning properly. He
worked with us this past week to get the office module up and running smoothly. All old
information has been deleted from the screens.

The sidewalk at the end of Pheasant Way has been installed by the County. The final pouring
was done today.

West Boca Irrigation is in the process of repairing several breaks in the area. Top Notch is
watering the entrance by hand until the repairs are effected.

There are several pieces of correspondence that the Board needs to be aware of. These are
included in your packet.

We just received the new price rate for Adelphia for cable. A copy of the letter is in your packet.
