Manager's Report
June 2003
We have attempted to coordinate Jiffy signs with Gregor. They have been somewhat cooperative although they are contesting the amount of signs made. The total signs paid for is 94 double sided signs. Gregor counted the signs and they will total 94 so there is no additional monies due.We have put to bid the insurance coverage of the Association. We received responses from rick Gibbs Insurance and Brown and Brown Insurance. Both are unable to match coverage. Jackie Harper has not submitted a proposal. Gateway submitted their proposal and it is in your packet for review.
The cable coupons were mailed out to the residents. They should be receiving them before weeks end.
The "No trespassing" signs were replaced to show the Palm Beach County ordinance.
The graffiti should be repainted before the end of the week. We have been delayed due to weather.
I have spoken to Tony Newbold regarding the FPL power lines project and he has informed me that the new lines will run parallel to I-95 and cut across Spanish River thereby missing us altogether. The new substation called is being constructed off Clint Moore but no new lines will be added.
To date, there is no new info on the Dec Action. We have not been placed on the calendar as of yet.
