MANAGER’S REPORT
JULY 2005

The cleaning of the Military wall will take place this weekend. Please be advised that the wall running along Pheasant Way will appear yellow in color. That is the paint layers underneath that will have to come off. Once all areas of the walls have been cleaned and prepared the painting will then take place. All painting should be done by 7-29-05 weather permitting.

The editor of the newsletter will be supplied with the information for products to use in the aid of rust removal for the July issue.

The cable coupons were mailed to residents along with the survey. A large majority of the residents sent the survey back to our office with their payment. A spreadsheet will be formulated and distributed to the board in the July 20^th check run with preliminary results.

Tree Trimming from Palm Beach-Broward Landscaping will begin the 1^st week in August.

The letters regarding incorrect mailboxes were mailed to the owners this week giving them until the end of the month to install the proper mailbox or respond with proof of purchase; otherwise they will be turned over to the attorney 8-1-05.

The park equipment is in need of repair. At the last meeting modular bridges and replacement swings were discussed. Information regarding these items will be passed out at the meeting.
