July 2003I have spoken to Mr. Chapnick from Katzman & Korr regarding the Dec action but it appears that not much work has been done to date. He advised me that the summary judgment was still not completed and he would try to finish it up today and fax me a copy. This issue is being delayed far too long by delaying the filing of necessary documentation. At this point, I am not sure when this issue will be heard in court.
With regard to the Angelotti suit, again, request for interrogatories from Katzman have not been formulated. They seem to be procrastinating on moving forward on these issues.
All information from the last newsletter was sent to Greg Marcus to update the website.
Channel 63 is still not working and the software and hardware is still in my office. Adelphia has not come to remove it.
It has been brought to my attention that we are discussing adding irrigation to the park's rear entrance. This item needs to be fully discussed as the proposed action may not be proper.
I have discussed with two landscapers the refurbishment of the front entrance. Proposals and drawings are forthcoming.
