The 2004 maintenance coupons were mailed out timely and many homeowners have paid the dues.There is a proposal from Classy Cut to trim off two large branches overhanging from the park into two homes. This proposal was verbally approved and needs to be ratified.
A proposal for palm pruning has been received from Classy Cut. One is pending from RV Tree Trimming.
An irrigation pump failed and west Boca Irrigation pulled it and repaired it at a cost of $493.00. The grass areas and plants have stressed a bit but will come back. The watering cycle has been stepped up to daily for a short time.
We have received two proposals for the pressure cleaning for the Board to review.
We have contacted the County regarding the street signs that have not been removed. They have removed some but have left many. We still do not have an answer as to why.
The speed limit signs were given to Gregor for installation.
The Annual Meeting is coming in April. The Board needs to appoint a Nominating Committee for the upcoming elections.
The FPL poles that were painted are looking terrible. Does the Board wish to have bids taken on re staining them.
The Board has not made a decision regarding the memorial at the park for the Ramirez Family.
