PHEASANT WALK MANAGERS REPORT
FEBRUARY 2003

The interrogatory for the pending lawsuit against Angellotti were filed on a timely basis. I as your Agent signed for them.

Tanya Gibson and I met Classy Cut approximately a week ago. Between the two of us, we were able to persuade him to clean out the Park area extensively at no cost to the community. This included clearing the fence areas, thinning out the fan palms in the middle of the playground, removing trees that were a nuisance, trimming back branches encroaching on the play equipment and other issues.

The tree trimming project as proposed has been completed by RV Tree Trimming.

A washingtonia palm that appeared to be struck by lightning was removed at a cost of $250.00

Due to various correspondences with Monroe Miller and to further insure that the street sign project is proceeding according to County Standards, I have asked Rick Rosano at the County to schedule an interim inspection to assess the progress and compliance. He has already seen the property and made some easy fix suggestions for most of the areas that are tight on the clear zones. He is still looking at other areas which might not meet the clear zones and currently don't either. I will communicate this to Dick Pope.

A letter was sent to Niland Co. regarding the issues of Homeowners not being able to get warranty work

A letter was sent to the Supervisor of Elections requesting that the Pheasant Walk Owners be allowed to vote at the fire station.

I have not received an answer for Katzman regarding the metal roofs nor the Dec action. I understand that they were working on the Dec action to finalize it.
