A Happy and Healthy Holiday Season to all from the Staff at Pointe Management Group.Katzman and Korr have been provided with the file regarding the shed and they will send out a demand letter to comply.
The 30 MPH sign is ready and will be delivered to Creative Ceiling for installation.
We have been advised by Robert Pitane from palm Beach County Traffic Division that the old signs will be removed by his crew sometime this month. He cannot give me a definite date but he anticipates that it will be done before the Holidays.
We have discussed the flag pole issue with Palm Beach County Building and Zoning and they have advised us that they will not issue a permit to install a flag pole in the center median due to the issue that it is a public right of way.
We have contacted three other pressure cleaning companies, People's Choice, George's Pressure Cleaning and wash Away but have not received proposals as of yet. We are continuing to follow up on this issue.
Violations for the month of December were conducted and a copy of the log is in your packet. Approximately 30% of the owners contacted us regarding the November violations which included completion and requests for extensions.
The rear wall by Birchwood is in need of pressure cleaning. This will be included in the proposals once obtained.
The Pheasant Way/Pheasant Trail wall is in need of repainting. Estimates are being sought.
I checked out the entrance lights earlier this month and found the contactor to be defective. I went no further. I contacted an electrician to check on this. I saw C & F Electric out on site today and he advised that Dick Pope called him out. He confirmed the contactor issue but also found a defective GFI receptacle. He advised that the lights would be operational today.
The total Income received for the Golf Tournament was $6,520.00.
