I. ADMINISTRATION:

? Correspondence Mailed: ARB letters were mailed.

? Meetings Attended: Met with Sheri throughout the monthly to discuss outstanding community issues.

Met with Shawn and Dan, Prime Landscaping and Irrigation, to go through the system and discuss landscaping proposal.

Met with Ken Paulson, President, to discuss outstanding community issues.

Attended the Annual Election.

Met with (names removed for publication) per their request to inspect election results.

? Work Orders: Placed a work order for a light pole on Sugar Pine not functioning properly.

II. PROJECT UP DATE AND STATUS:

Maintenance Projects:

Placed a second call to AT&T regarding the sidewalk damage on the corner of Holly Brook and Pheasant Walk. A representative from AT&T was out to inspect the sidewalk. The sidewalk has been repaired.

Prime has submitted a proposal to remove and replace sidewalk. Please see attached proposal

Pope Land and Construction has submitted a proposal to remove and replace sidewalk. Please see attached proposal.

Con Tech Structural Renovation and Restoration have submitted a proposal to remove and replace sidewalk. Please see attached proposal

Obtained landscaping proposals from Top Notch, Prime Landscaping and Anthony DeFlippes. Please see attached proposals.

Obtained a proposal from Prime Management to pressure clean and paint the concrete wall located on “Woods End” street. Please see attached proposal.

Prime Pest Control treated for ants located at the playground.
