MANAGER’S REPORT
APRIL 2005

We have received a response from Commissioner McCarty’s office regarding the FPL light issue.

A copy of the response was distributed in the meeting packets. No further update at this time in regards to the hurricane cost reimbursement. They are still deciding on what to do.

Code Enforcement will be contacted and asked to attend the May meeting.

Alice Cohen from Adelphia Cable is finalizing the recently negotiated contract. The Board has signed it and we are awaiting receipt of the fully executed contract.

A letter from a resident regarding a recent cable repair was included in your packets.

A letter from a resident regarding their maintenance payment was included in your packets.

FPL was contacted to fix the light at Birchwood & Weeping Willow. Ticket# 6958.

The cleaning and painting of the Military wall was discussed at the last meeting. The breakdown of the proposal from Gabe’s Pressure Cleaning and Painting was forwarded to Frank Yann. Final details and color choice are left for discussion.

Palm Beach County School Board Transportation was contacted regarding the school bus making a U-Turn in the development ruining the swale area. The information was faxed to Ms. Shanks for investigation and response. She notified us on 4-12-05 to contact Valerie McClennon in the South District to handle the issue. The information was faxed to Ms. McClennon and a response is pending.

We have received payment from both residents regarding the dock insurance.

Bids regarding the landscaping specifications will be discussed at tonight’s meeting.
